Cucumber - anti-burp do they work?

Are anti-burp cucumbers any good or is it just a bit of marketing gimmick? Husband can't eat normal one and if we plant any and they turn out not to be any good can't say as I fancy eating plants worth myself!

Has anyone tried them?

Cucumbers dont repeat if you remove the skin before eating also take away any bitter taste
