I was given a greenhouse off freecycle in January, came with no instructions etc but I think its an Elite 8 x6 one. Anyway got round to putting it up the other day ( hottest day of the year probably ) BUT I have put the guttering (aluminium ) on the wrong sides ie left on right and vica versa, will this make any difference or will I have to dismantle the damn thing?

Try it out with a hose or watering can, if no water gets inside and it all washes through the gutters as it should, jobs a good'un.  Probably the only person to notice is you and that'l only be for a couple of days. Happy planting
