Dopey: You could probably convert it into a Munty frame without too much trouble - you seem to have got most of the materials you need there already.  :)

Yea but I have already planted stuff in the ground, so next year for sure, and I have already have plans to put lettuce in front of it as well

I always use hop string (coir).  I get it from my locat garden centre but its just like this:

If you read the original thread, Munty says that he found facing the open end towards the south-southeast is the best orientation for beans. Mine sits mostly south but still yields well.

The string is used so that the runner beans will trail up their own individual string rather than try to ramble all over the place on netting and crowd themselves out in lumps. I found this point very true, even with strings but regular checking will keep them on the straight and narrow   :D
