I planted a courgette a while ago but comparing it to the other it seems leggy (long stalk up to first leaves, it has a few small proper leaves,  will it be ok of should I plant another? Thanks

plenty of time to sow another, if it looks odd

Sounds like it had too much heat while germinating or went looking for light. Either way you can fix it by re-potting and 'carefully' coiling the stem around a bit so it is covered by soil up to the first leafs. Should grow OK from there.
