Any British company with web servers based in the UK has to abide by spam laws of 2003.

If you use firefox then there's cool plugin ( trashmail )

Alternatives are :
1) create a gmail/hotmail/yahoo account and use that for any new signups, if they don't spam you then edit your profile/settings to your real email address
2) similar, but use your own domain
