OH has just come in having dug up a Lady Chrystal potato root. It only had two pots on it but - what whoppers! Both were approximately 8" x5". One weighed 1 and 3/4 lb and the other came in at just over 2 lb. I took a pic but my camera is playing up and won't transfer them onto my pc, so you'll just have to believe me. If this isn't enough, yesterday he brought home a Lune salmon that was over 3' long!

Never mind the potatoes, that's some fish, over 20lb I would reckon....!

Potatoes sound amazing... so does the fish :D :D

One was mashed to go with a joint of roast beef. The salmon was gutted, skinned, cut into fillets, and put in the freezer. :D
