hello I bought a new cordless drill yesterday its made in wait for it     Hungary, its taken ages to get manufacturers to produce equipment in Europe lets hope more companies follow and stop manufacturing in Asia  jezza

There's a big difference between manufactured and assembled or in some cases final assembly, the rule are very slack.   It would be nice to see made in England on something though - it's been a while !

Bosch power tools have been designed and manufactured since 2001 in Miskolc, Hungary.
It is their biggest worldwide plant.
