I've just noticed my Columbine has got a bald patch either side just below her wings where the fine feathers are.  I haven't noticed a lot of feathers in the coop.  She is the bottom of the pecking order out of 4 mixed breeds but the patches don't look red.  She seems fine in herself.  She is the most timid of the 4 and very flighty! Nightmare to catch and inspect!  She is laying well and eating.  They are in a plastic coop with no signs of red mite.  Could it be a molt?  They are about 20mnths old.  Anything else I should consider?
