What about a little bag of corn for teatime and...to get them in if they have other ideas!! Also I like to add cider vinegar and battles Poultry Drink to the water but maybe not essential. Also start collecting egg boxes from your friends...you can fill them and give them back later!

Good luck!

Great idea! and i was looking at the tonics etc but got a little confused.  But I'm expecting them to be a little worse for wear so tonic sounds about right!

Your new chooks are going to be so spoilt! What a lovely cosy house for them!
If you have the odd garlic clove lying around you could add that to their water drinker it might help give their poor stressed immune systems a boost!
And dont forget loads of piccys!!!

I've brought some probiotic magic stuff to go in their water and something called Verm-X in pellet form.

And like rabbits i'll use dust extracted wood shavings!

You do sound excited!
Chooks need straw -I use the chopped up dust extracted stuff. Hay is the one to avoid.
dont forget the gingham curtains for the nestbox, comfy cushions, TV, DVD player, fridge and excercise bike to build up their strength...........yep I think thats about it!
