I've planted a row salad bowl (green & red leaf) and a row of radishes - and the seedlings look the same.  I know I didn't mix them - or did I?? Is this normal

quite a lot of plants share the same shaped seed leaves, you should see a difference with the 2nd lot of leaves

Lettuce seed leaves are usually long and thin, radish roundy and thicker.

Lettuce and radish seedlings are totally different.

Radish seed leaves are robust and fleshy on a stem and are sort of heart shape.

Lettuce seed leaves have no stem and are usually rounded.

If all your seedling look the same either you planted the same seeds twice or you are looking at weeds.
