thin shelled eggs

One of my new layers has layed 2 thin shelled eggs recently  :( they look completly normal but just cave in when you go to wipe them could this just be a glitch ?as none of my other girls have this problem.They do have grit and oyster shell readily available :)

keep an eye on her Lisa, but in the meantime cut out all treats so that they eat more layers (obviously making sure they still have oyster shell or baked crushed egg shells)  :)
