Just boxed the first of this season's cider, started at 1.052 and finished at 1.ooo, so quite a strong one ;)

apples, a mixture of eaters and bakers, 40 gallons so far and another pressing tomorrow :)

The apple crumble sounds nice, I've got loads of bramleys left so I'm going to have a go at pasteurising the juice when Mrs. T.D.T. gets me organised, still got enough apples for another cider pressing later on. ;)
