As there aren't many more proper gardening days now, it's time to don the earphones, turn on Youtube etc., and think of waving your arms about and collecting a few shivers up the spine for good measure...
So here's a few of mine, and I'll probably add to them later when I remember them at 3:00am...
1) The Eagles - 'Hotel California'
2) The Carpenters - 'Goodbye to love'
3) Genesis - Live at Knebworth 1992 'Firth of Fifth'
-
My first thoughts.... Guns N' Roses - Sweet Child o Mine and November Rain
Dire Straits - Money for Nothing
-

Gary Moore, Still got the blues for you
Santana,Black Magic Woman

Leonard Skynyrd Sweet Home Alabama

Aidy, 'Rock the casbah' is a huge favourite here too!

I suppose David Gilmour's solo on 'The Wall', is a seminal piece too. Even the bass is just as good, with just a few notes thumping along...
So play it three times and let it get on the list...

Oh Well - Fleetwood Mac ( Peter Green)
Money For Nothing - Dire Straits
Angie - Davy Graham

Old, one of my all time faves from Fleetwood Mac is 'Jigsaw puzzle Blues'. (Other side of 'Albatross'
I just love it, and when I got my first Ipod, it was the first download I did...
Again, play it three times for this particular list!

Gary Moore - End of the world (some will recognise this from Fluff Freeman's Sat night/Sunday Morning Rock Show)
Led Zeppelin - How Many More Times (great bass line, and riff..)
Fleetwood Mac - The Chain (ah, c'mon.. probably one of the best known bass lines ever!)
-
Becks Bolero. I think it's off of Truth, but it's on the B side of Hi Ho Silver Lining. Worth several plays.
