We really don't. After the very dry April, May was cool and wet, June started off warm and sunny and rapidly deteriorated from then on. When we are about to relax COVID restrictions, the last thing the battered tourist industry needs (or most people) is a lousy washout summer. We had this nonsense last year after a sunny and bone dry April and May, restrictions eased in June, which turned into the 13th wettest on record.

Grey all day, never lightened up at all. Didn't get the threatened thunder storms, (again) that they said.   Lightened up this evening and a bit brighter now.

Grey again, heavy rain overnight and more to follow, 18 with South Westerlies.    Really need sunshine.  So many plants with buds, but not flowering.
