Another thread made me think of this but I really like it as an alternative to cauliflower cheese, so I thought I'd post.

Worth a try I'd say.  :D

You see, a cauliflower cheese type dish made with turnip makes so much more sense than my mind first did when I read the heading.  I imagined a cheese with turnip in it, perhaps similar to those like wensleydale with cranberries.  I was really not sure that it would taste very good.
I think I need sleep, my brain is obviously going mad!
