Hi everyone,
I watched Nigella Lawson make a very simple chilli jam on tv last night, which entailed putting red peppers and red chillies in a blender to chop them up, then dissolving jam sugar in cidar vinegar without stirring, then put in your chillies and bring to the boil rapidly for about 10 mins, cool and jar. Very simple, but she didn't give quantities. I have searched the web for the recipie but can't find it. I expect it is in her new book and wondered if anyone had it with the recipie?? Would be very grateful so that I could crack on and make it. Thanks

i made this last week sharonx after watching it on the tv - it is very simple and i tasted some when it cooled and think its going to  be lovely............made 6 jars and will give most away, but it's so simple i will make some more if it's truly yummy

I made some tonight - half portions - so 3 smallish jars and the rest into a little glass dish. Just had some on crackers with cheese and it is lovely. Yummy! I left some of the seeds in for a bit of a kick.

Oh goody sounds great,
Didn't get chance to make last night as I had to take my mum food shopping, but sounds simple enough to fit in at some point before the big day!
