Can you recomend a book or two on preserving salting bottling etc. I dont have a freezer....maybe a web site something to help..thanks in anticipation

Try this I've seen a copy and ordered mine, thought you might like the info. It's normally £4.95 but if you order it from The Book Depository it's £3.51 and all their books have free delivery. I've got books from them in the past and always had good service.

Order on-line

On the same page there are also some other books that may interest you.
Try my best to be Organic but don't always make it

I saw that book and many others whilst searching for a book specifically about using an electric pasteuriser (bought a stainless steel one + steam juice extractor top from Vigo as our Christmas present) mainly for producing all our own cordials, preserving pressed apple juice, etc.but I can't find one anywhere.

If any one knows of one I would love to hear about it.

I have both the books by the Bubels and the Nancy Thurber one. If memory serves, the latter is the Organic Gardening one. Both are great and we used them regularly until we basically memorized the recipes we liked best.
