All was going well when I was rotovating the veg plot today,then it cut out.
(No petrol doh!!).
Put more petrol in,tried to start it with no joy.
Then I noticed a drip,drip,coming from the choke.
Have I flooded the engine??
No nothing about engines.
If I have flooded what do I do now??.

IF your engine has a carburettor and a bowl with a float in it, It's more than likely that in using every last drop of petrol, you have sucked some dirt down into the carb. This is now stopping the float from shutting the fuel supply off when the carb bowl is full.
You will need to take of the bowl and check out what's going on.
