Hi from me too!
Last night was more of the chicken, cold, with leeks in cheese sauce, a few steamed pots for OH and the leftover roast veg and stuffing from the previous night. The carcass of the chicken has made a lovely vat of stock and there are still some bits for a chicken and leek pie. Can't complain at that!

Tonight will be a bit different. Venison sausages (from the local butcher and a real favourite) in a bourguignon style sauce (some red wine to use up
) with shallots and mushrooms, sprouts on the side.
