Title: Seed Suppliers.
Post by: Steve.P on October 29, 2008, 13:48
Just in case anyone is looking for a seed supplier. I used this firm last year, they are quite good and the postage is free. Not sure what the cost is compared to others, but worth a look. www.terwinseeds.co.uk
Its also taken me a year to see that they are online DOH!

Germination was very good. Only problem i had was with sweetcorn, but i opted for an organic variety. Produced about six good plants in the end. But i think i sowed them a little too early, then planted out and caught the last frost in the spring, so made up for it with a packet from local garden centre. On the whole very pleased with their service. I even got a call on my mobile phone to let me know that i had made a mistake on the order form, and asked me to chose something else. Will be using them again for next years seeds.
