Give myself a pedicure, and ponder, ( some more !) about my blackened patio - Wet and forget, or Patio Magic,  I shall read the direction/instructions again !!     Too windy for me to be out too long.     Mrs B

Today I finally gathered up enough plastic milk containers to empty the fish tank into them. So that's nearly 175L of fish poo water joy for the plants up the allotment.

I made bread, that actually rose and worked as bread. It was comparison loaves so they are very similar, Matthews was less messy though and seemed to have better structure. What else. Sod all other than the faff of home made oven chips and a few online museum tours with the kids I think.

Today - well later - I'm going to prick out the tomato seedlings from tray to small pots. Short visit to the allotments for bits and bobs. Nothing to energetic for a change.

Today I'm going to sit in the warmth of the greenhouse, drink tea and eat coffee and walnut cake :)
I'll do whatever I fancy and ignore everything else

Plant tomatoes and dig over the dead plot to put cabbages in and onions. There's no space but too many cabbages and onions.

Water the plot.

Quite right too birthday girl  :)

I have done some washing and watered stuff at home. I will go to the plot later. Right now I am sitting in the sun in the garden and finding it hard to convince myself to move

Ordered cement and sand from Travis Perkins, who will deliver on Monday, so at least I can continue to make garden edging for a friend.
Weeded a bit, but too hot so chilled out reading in a chair hammock I made a few years back.

...not going to panic at 9:00am when the pump on the poo-tank stopped working (treatment plant here - always have a set of diaphragms and can do the repair in ten minutes these days), but oooh - yucccch...

Otherwise, it'll be gently stringing up the sweet peas, to get them nearer the canes, clearing out the coal shed to make room for the big mower!

Plant some seeds, wipe down kitchen, remember zoom meeting time, continue clearing out garage.

We've lost a DVD that I totally want to watch and thought, maybe it's in the garage? Not so far  >:(
We binned a load of stuff though. I also checked up one one of the neighbours and had a chat to them.

Modify, try slow cooker partial sourdough rye bread (Pain de Campagne (‘country loaf’)) from the Brilliant Breads book. I got more yeast from the lovely man at the shop so it's an option and has been resting overnight. So it's had 12 hours to rest and is massive. I'm glad I move it up from the small, to the medium slow cooker.
