Hi all,
My Kale plants are looking quite healthy and I'm keen to try them... . When is it ok to start taking leaves from them?
Thanks!
Rach

Kale is a bit of pick and come again plant so if the leaves are ready then pick it.
I tend to grow mine for winter but as you have done you can grow pretty much year round.

You can start picking off kale leaves as soon as the leaves appear.
As above, Kale is a pick and come again plant.
So pick the baby leaves now and through the season and let some mature for winter time.
You should be able to harvest it both those ways from now until April next year.
