Hen House - FINISHED !!

Hi Everyone,

We have today finished the hen house. It's gone from I to we because I needed four hands.

As promised, I've attached some piccies. Sorry to dazzle with the bright background but it's been 90 degrees today. Note the one with the two chicks checking out the workmanship before it was finished.

I feel pretty chuffed at the result but if anyone out there can pick up on anything else it needs, please say. I know about roofing material but it's going in the barn so it won't get rained on.

Look forward to reading any comments.

I know nothing about chickens but that looks like a great bit of carpentry.

The chooks look very happy!

Looks easy to clean and a good height from the ground.

Oh one tiny comment does it get very warm in Bulgaria??? Might need to increase the ventilation if it does - just a thought though.

I suggest Pink and glittery but I know Porffor will say Purple either/or its a lovely henhouse well done you

How many will it house? And will the hens not eat the black plastic? can see it'd make it easier to clean out.
