prevalence of hen diseases and hen health issues in the UK

My two hens are vaccinated against a lot of diseases, so what are the commonest diseases and conditions that vaccinated hens come down with around here?
Do we have much lung worm or intestinal worms in this country?
I have seen lice so I know about them. What else should I be on the lookout for?

prevention is better than cure -certainly when it comes to chickens as most problems can be pevented with good husbandry. However, we all makes mistakes particulary in the early days, but that whats this forum is for!!!  
Intestinal worms are easily sorted and more common in free-range birds.I dont know if the UK is more or less prone to some diseases or has higher prevalences of others. Have a look at the defra website for more info on diseases
