Resistance was fertile  :) visited Croydon Branch - 26 packs of seeds (one was free) should have cost £59.35 actually cost me £12.50 - my list has been updated and I'm now ready to visit the next Lower Morden Lane if Surbie has left anything for me...

They didn't have a great deal when I went a week ago when it was 1/2 price - that's why I visited the Croydon Purley Way Branch first - and they had much less than last year (perhaps Beryl had already beaten me there ?) Anyway I now have an updated list of seed and will visit Lower Morden Lane tomorrow just to see what else I can find with 2016-17 use by dates  ::)

I did find a branch whilst we were away but didn't have my list and had said our anniversary break would be Allotment/ Gardening free - well it nearly worked as soon as we got home and unpacked I kind of suggested a trip to Wyevale's  ::)

I can beat you. I went to our local one and got 29 packets. In my defence they had loads and they were all so well organised on either trays, boxes or hanging up! Still only cost me £14.50 though and that is most things bought now

Erm, today was a tale of 2 Wyvales... ::)

I went to the Lower Morden Road one and the one off the A3 (it was on my way back from Southampton, honest!) The one off the A3 had more variety. Cadalot, the one in Walton had huge amounts of salad onions when I left...I know how much you like those!  ;)

I may have come back with 50+ packets, but they aren't all for me, honest. just most of them...

Awwww thanks!  :) You're a lovely person too Snowy, but I think Surbies found all that I was after. I was quite specific in what I wanted and they didn't stock it all.
But what she did get me was a great help  ;)
