HM leek and potato soup for light tea with last of plot spuds, my plot onions and bay leaves.
Unfortunately bought leeks as missed growing any last year. ;)
Very tasty if I say so myself  :D

Yesterday was chicken sausages.  Not too sure about them.  They were OK, but not one I would rush to buy again.

I'm working late today, so OH has leftover stew to reheat and I'll see what I feel like  :)

Last night was sweet chilli chicken stirfry, (without rice) which included all the bits of veg left in the fridge  ;)
Tonight I've a small pot of left-over lamb defrosting to make into a curry - plus salad and h/m chutney. I'm looking forward to it.
I'd love some rice to go with it, but I'm eating fewer carbs atm to lose some weight  ::)

Have you tried the cauliflower rice or spiralised veg pasta?

Pizza.
I'm having Scotch broth. A fresh batch.
Note to self, they all ate the lamb Rogan Josh willingly, although they weren't impressed at the dinky chops.
