Hi,

Just starting to grow some veg in my little garden.  I have some questions about materials and was hoping that some of you might point me in the right direction.

I was hoping to get some netting to span between two fence posts  to support some runner beans.  What kind of netting and where would you buy it.  There is so much to choose from online. 

Same again, I was hoping to make some grow rooms. Where does everyone get there plastic sheeting?

As to beans, i prefere to use a double row of canes.. one plant per cane.

If you are certain it is netting you want for your runner beans, the one called Pea & Bean netting has wide holes and would be suitable, but.....

.... it is virtually impossible to get the wound-around bean stems off it and it usually ends up getting thrown away, which is not that great.

Individual canes are much easier to deal with, as ARPoet said.

Maybe I shall use canes, I'm just limited with space and thought that as a fence panel is missing I could suspend some sort of netting inbetween the posts to support the beans.
