There are plenty in here but mostly for 1gal so just multiply the ingredients by 5    Have a look down the homebrew thread names, there are many titled *fruit* wine recipes and details will be inside.  Or do a search for 'recipe' while in the homebrew folder.  I have tried a few from here - Rhubarb, Blackcurrant and now on the latest apple recipe.  Check the instructions for pectolase/etc as you may need less than 5x1gal measurements.  Good luck and let us know if you find any you'll try.
