In a seedless blackberry jam but i have a lot of pulp left and it seems a waste to ditch it LOL I have popped it in the fridge

Maybe hubby can have it on his cornflakes

Hi BQ - maybe too late now - but if you boil it up a bit more until it "toffeefies" even the kids will eat it - watch it doesn't burn though!
