i have a pair of neoprene lined wellies that i bought for fishing a few yearsa ago..they took me ages to track down as i have big feet, but they are definately really warm especially when combined with a pair of think walking socks.
It's Chilli up North.

Croc Wellies
Hi,
Last year I bought a pair of Croc wellies, they are incredibly light, bright red, (but they come in all colours), and are so warm. They also fit really large calves and are antibacterial. They can be washed out completely, left to dry, or dried with a tea towel, and worn again immediately. I absolutely love them. They were only £35.00 too.

Here is a link to them, Hope it helps

Have seen these at garden centres.
