can someone give me a recipe for a chicken and veg stew that isn't spicy please ?

When i make a stew for my son who doesn't do spicey i just put chicken onion's and any veg that i have in and use good old oxo. I simmer mine alday to get the flavour, It tastes even better the next day :)

chicken, onions, veg and pulses and chicken oxo, cook all day in oven on low or in slowcooker.
add spuds towards the end of cooking, or serve with mash :)

I like onion, garlic (or not), carrots, leek, celery or bulb fennel (gorgeous), chicken or veg stock. I add to mine whatever I have in be it spud, sweetcorn (tinned is fine) a few frozen veg added near the end for a bit of colour. Herb wise I add two bay leaves and my fave is dried tarragon. You can add wine if you're feeling posh and a swirl of cream at the end
I sometimes add mushrooms, and use penne instead of spuds to ring the changes

Substitute a cup of stock for a cup of white wine and add a bay leaf or some thyme if liked. :)
