Today I have been told that the old Allotments that I have been trying to get reopened are going to be......REOPENED!!!!

just waiting for them to dot the i's and cross the t's but we should be able to start working on them in a couple of weeks. Got to find out how it's all going to work - i.e,management,fencing,rent etc.

Will probably be back to ask many questions as to experience you may be able to pass on to us.
Thanks for all the help so far and I hope to spend may hours on here in the future.

Here's hoping life is starting to pick up a bit for you after the rough last few weeks. 

Mind you - if this rain keeps up - have you considered growing rice?
