Title: On the waiting list

Hi all,

I thought I'd introduce myself as you will no doubt be seeing my stupid questions over the coming months. I haven't actually got a plot yet, but I'm fairly close to the top of the waiting list so hope to be offered one at some point next year. In the meantime I will be growing a few things in the garden, mainly in containers on the patio. I also fancy trying out a 4x4 Square Foot Garden. I half-heartedly grew some tomatoes against the fence this year and my 3-year-old boy was fascinated so I'm hoping it will be a fun hobby for us to share.

Looking forward to seeing everyone's progress and holding back the jealousy until I get my own plot  :)
