Bright sunny day, managed to find half an hour to finally plant my onion seedlings out.

Just got back online after a computer upgrade - the weekend storm destroyed my new greenhouse and now I'm trapped at my desk trying to catch up :(
Cooler and damp out there!

Just saw your blog post about that John, really sorry to hear that.

Mostly bright here, reasonably warm, though sadly I've been desk bound  completing an assessment on star luminosity in relation to frequency and wavelength, etc ,etc, *snores*

That sounds fascinating! I suppose you could get information on the particle density and/or composition in space from that analysis?

Oh John, what an awful thing to happen just when you've got a new g-house!  :( As we live a mile from the coast the winds can really rip around here, but the only thing that's recently happened to my rather sturdy one is a missing opening window that blew off last year, plus the original concrete foundations have somewhat sunk over the years which in winter creates a nice paddling pool as you enter! I wish I could help to supply you with more plants, but then you're not one to give up are you!  ;) Today the weather is quite nice and warm and there's not a lot of breeze but the sky is looking a bit overcast.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Luckily we got all the begonias and marigolds out safely - but there were some plants I wanted the space for. May just have to cut back until I get another.

The sky is mostly grey this morning, a bit of hazy sun peeking through now and again - hope to see more of it. It's still quite cool but was down to 5C last night so I'm glad I covered the early potato pots outside the greenhouse.

It is grey here, and not overly warm, the Met forecast warns of overnight frost this weekend !  the map showed rain, but the precipitation is only up to 30% tops.    We really could do with some nice gentle rain here for a couple of days, it is like a dust-bowl.
Sorry John to hear about your G/house.    Mrs Bouquet

15C at midday with sunny periods. Feeling rather muggy, rain due later and risk of frost over weekend.

Murky out, bit muggy as well. We had rain forecast but has yet to appear.

There's no need to be so emotional, Bones  :D

Grey and damp here but not windy, which is nice. About 12ºC so pleasant for working outside.

15C, bright and breezy, a few showers showing whizzing south east on the rain radar but only one has passed over here so far (all 5 drops of it - I counted!)

Started a bit overcast then the sun came out but there's quite a breeze from the south-west.

Started out ok today but it chucked it down while I was at the plot, thankfully I was tidying the tunnel and avoided most of it.
