Aha! JBA Seed Potatoes does 5 for £1.50 and 2.5kg for £4.10... but they're out of stock.

I was going to order 5 Edgecote Purple for £2.99 but with postage it came to £8.94!!!

I need to find a better source locally.

i grow home guard potatoes and i keep some of my own spuds to plant at end of july they are ready to plant know this is what i do when i dig up the spuds i sort out some about egg size then i sit them in the sun to turn green .then i stand them in the shed in the light to chit then in july i have nice spuds to plant for Christmas.

Did you check their special Christmas page?  Seems to be stock there (but not on the regular Potato variety pages)
