Beautiful plumage I know Aunty, OH prefers the white ones.  His friend had a lovely strain of turkey which his Dad had developed, really lovely flavour and didn't dry out when cooked, no matter how long you left it in the oven.  One of the girls at work in London, forgot hers and it was in the oven for 7 hours!!! and it was still lovely she said!  but he stopped trading 5 years ago when they started importing more turkeys from places like Italy.

We know Kelly's took some of his breeding stock and the rest went to a man in Maldon, but can't find his phone number.

OH probably won't let me give them any greens Munty, he usually only feeds them on growers pellets and whatever the other one is that keeps them steady when you've got them to the right weight.
