The  "search" function in the forum is quite handy but if you  you require more up to date opinions, hold tight and some should be along  ;) :)

They are restrictive due to power being available/ size. I have not seen a electric rotovator but there are small electric tiller's. Do not get confused. A tiller will not break up heavy ground like a rotovator. If it is for a raised bed or you have very light soil a tiller will be fine. Anything else you will need a rotoovator.

The term Tiller and Rotovator are interchangeable. I don’t know where the idea that a Tiller is a Mantis came from but Simmar were referring to their machines as Rototillers in the 1930s and Merry Tillers dig deeper than the rear tyned machines. In general makers in the US call their products Tillers and Howard called their machines Rotovators.
On the electric rotovator subject, a 13amp plug won’t stand a powerful motor so the machine is not going to cultivate heavy soil that hasn’t been turned over recently.

A 13A plug will operate up tp 3kw which equates to roughly 4HP

my norlett is referred to as a versatiller, but is powerful enough to break new ground with a bit of patience.
