As I will be moving to cornwall at the end of August - I just wondered if anyone on here also lived in Cornwall? - would be nice to know!! as I will be a stranger to the area.

I will be moving to Looe in Cornwall.

Yep, but sadly far away from you in the Redruth / Camborne area. However, I know there are a few others on here from Cornwall, maybe they will show their colours.

I am just over the bridge in Plymouth. We go to Looe for an icecream and a wander sometimes.

You are lucky being in Plymouth...I know Looe is lovely, but....it is so hilly!!!....not many shops either!!....at least you have ALL the shops in Plymouth!!
