Title: My first Christmas Cake !

The RAT is for my Mother in Law.  (Born in the year of the Rat) :).  My beloved is a chicken and I'm  water buffalo.   All we have to do now is to see what it tastes like !   :tongue2: Cheers,    Tony.

On another site my snaps couldn't be seen until I had removed the [img] fore and aft.  Curiouser and curiouser.   I hope this works !  :mad:  Cheers,   Tony.

Cake being consumed slowly,  the last third ish  fell off the table but the royal icing saved it.  It's amazing how far the 'shrapnel' went around the kitchen.   Cheers,   Tony.

Interesting. I've never seen Christmas cake decorate quite that way.
