Canes in the greenhouse
« on: May 01, 2013, 21:03 »
We've only had our greenhouse for two years and each year bought canes for our Toms and Cukes, this year we have loads of canes and I was just wondering as everything else has been doused in Jeyes fluid is it practical to treat canes the same way? or should I buy new ones for the greenhouse?

Cheers Ian :)

I jeyes fluid mine and use them again as long as there are no slugs or nasty's hiding inside the cane you should be fine.

I used to Jeyes mine, now I have the habit of spending a few pence on new canes for the greenhouse.
I can always use the old canes elsewhere.

But that's just me. ;) :)
