Title: Tesco - Fruit trees for £8

My local tesco has just got fruit trees in - selling them for £8 a pop.
From memory they had
Merrelo and Stella cherry
Cox's Orange Pippin apple
Victoria Plum
Conference Pear

- there were a number of other apple varieties and a few other pears. I knew I should have taken a photo (my memory isn't what it was...)   :wub:
Size was given as 3m or 4m depending on plant/variety (so not dwarf rootstock). I took a look at a lot of the trees and they all seemed to be in good condition with a decent sized rootball etc.

Anyhow, I fancied a Stella...  ;)

I'll warn you Baldy --- my Stell bought from such an offer is a massive tree four years later  :lol: :lol:
