my daughter bought some plants from a well known plant supplier  the plants she ordered where some agapanthus when they arrived  they where very wet and mushy  actually dying so she contacted the supplier who agreed to send replacements provided she sent photos to prove the plants where rotten or dying fair comment

so they sent a second delivery to replace the plants the courier then delivered the plats to the wrong address  an un-occupied house they where  only discovered by someone checking the place 2 days later  when the box was opened surprise surprise the plants where just the same as the first delivery very wet and mushy unbelievable to say the least so she had once more contacted the supplier for another replacement and you know it could be third time lucky but don't hold your breath

I week or two back, I bought a dwarf picea from a Gardening company who guarantee "very fast" delivery
The order also contained a small house plant Aglaonema Spotted Star.    Well, the dwarf tree has hardly got any needles on it, and the houseplant is on the blink.
I made contact and told them and they wanted 'photos, which as you know I cannot do.  After an exchange of words, I gave up.   Shall not use them again.
I wonder if we are all talking about the same people.    Mrs Bouquet
