Black velvet

What is it please?  I thought it was Guinness and Champagne mixed

i actually thought it was guinness and cider, but the internet tells me that thats a poor mans Black Velvet. I guess the pub where i used to work had no champers!

No such thing these days, it's been watered down over the years and now a pale shadow of it's former glorious self if y'er want a decent pint of this stuff now you need to import it from Singapore where it's still brewed to original recipe at 8.2% alcohol (or was just a few yrs ago).
