Title: Hozelock Ecocel 9000

I have a   Hozelock Ecocel 9000 Pond Filter and the bulb is not working does anyone have Instruction booklet on how to remove the UV Bulb please as i have lost my booklet if so would it be possable for a copy

after getting a new UVC lamp quartz tube I replaced. The tube last week and it has blown like the last tube did it is black at both ends can anyone tell me what the problem is the tubes are £10.00 ago  ???

Is there a starter or choke on it like a flurescent lighting tube?if so it could be shot!

Yes smud6ie i put a new starter and tube in at the same time
