When I put my raspberry canes into the ground at my allotment is it okay to add this compost to it please

It should be fine if you just want to lighten the soil a bit and make it easier for the roots to get established. 

It won’t have a lot of plant food in it, which is fine for now, but I would mulch them next autumn with manure or homemade compost.
