Run shape
« on: May 08, 2009, 08:52 »
My run is lined up for an extension - it is currently around 3sqm and has three birds, who will free range for most of the day. I do want it s bit bigger though (OK quite a lot bigger but don't want it sticking out into the garden more than it already is - is there any reason a run can;t be T or L shaped?

None at all, Poultrygeist's run is L shaped and I've seen some weird shapes, depending on garden shapes.  And chickenlady's has a slight L

Go for it!!!!!

Thanks - roomier run here we come! I can give them a bit more shade with an onduline roof there perhaps rather than the corrugated plastic  :)
