Post by: Motivator on April 28, 2008, 20:40
Hi all just a quick question . I have a couple of tomato plants growing
on my window sill , Problem is  they have grown tall but not leggy.
When i come to plant them outside will i be able to take the bottom
to sets of leaves off and plant them deep .

Very tall plants are leggy.

Yes, I should think so, you can, easily. Be gentle, not to leave a bad wound.

Won't even consider mine until the middle of May, even I'll be looking closely at the weather forecast for the next couple of weeks!
