I hate earl grey tea, it tastes/smells like purfume. Not that ive drunk it like.

Nice cup of builders tea in a mug. That'll do. With a fried egg.

I used to think that but it tastes more citrus really and is a refreshing tea.  Lady Grey is similar and I think has even more citrus tones.  I suppose it is an acquired taste and possibly for a more mature/older palate.   :happy:

Ha ha ha, Nerdle - you wouldn't believe what we'd be putting in our cellar - if we had one...!

Mrs G and I are planning the next brew, and we really want to do something special for Xmonius, so we're looking at some of these Turbo yeasts for spirits, and then we can scare the living daylights out of the carol singers...

(The Calvados is settling nicely as we speak...)!

That cellar takes me back to good old Matthew Hopkins and his silly scaremongering of the 16th century. God, my legs are aching at just the mere thought of that rack again.

Yes Growster - posh Romsey well equipped - Scats (dog&'en stuff) Waitrose (salads) Aldi (tins of tuna) lots of restaurants (too stingy to go often) and (heaven of heavens) a disproportionate number of charity shops (for a little town) full of good stuff!
