One of mine was like this too when she started to lay.  I used to put straw under the perch to help with cleaning the poo, but in all honesty it was more of a hinderance than a help so as a result of her laying in the corner, and to make the cleanup easier I stopped putting straw there which was less inviting for her to lay on.

Eventually (after about a week) she realised where the other girls were nesting and started to lay there also.

I'd suggest that if your nest box isn't already in a darkened place to move it if possible so that she feels she has some privacy, and either leave a few eggs in there so she gets the idea, or get some pot eggs and put them in the nest so that she associates nest boxes with where eggs go!

one of our new birds did that for a while, but pot eggs and I suppose watching the other birds changed her mind.  I also thinned out the straw to make it less comfortable.
