Chicken's not laying.....any ideas's?

Hi, i have 10 rhode island red's that are all in lay and 2 black hens with white spots some type of bantan i think, that stopped laying altoghther about 2 months ago.I don't know why that is.does any one have any idea's???
They will 2 year's old in august and were both laying when i purchased them.Then only one was laying now either are.They are all wormed so its not that.
Any ideas would be great.

are they laying elsewhere? mine do until they have enough secret eggs to go and sit on.

They do free range, and i do keep looking but cant seem to find any.They also sit in the nest boxes for some lengh of time and when they come out, i look and they is nothing....no egg, its all very strange.

some of mine have beocme broody and the kids call them clucky as they made a rosey noise. Also we found 25 eggs hidden in one of our bushes once. However, i went into hospital and they have stopped laying. they are down to 4 eggs from 16. I have hunted but to date i have not found the eggs.

If you find out why yours are not laying, as now i am home i am getting 6-8 a day still way below wat i would expect from my girls, please let me know.

My girlies have gone off the lay too. Very strange. They seem happy enough - just can't be asked.

Same here, no eggs for a week off the 3 hens. Put a wooden egg in, nothing. Mysterious forces at play me thinks.......

my maran was a brilliant layer, then she just stopped. We got about four eggs over the period of a week three weeks ago, and since then nothing! I agree with Joy- it must be the weather :blink:
